In-Person Prenatal Visits: Experience the comfort of two in-person prenatal visits in the familiarity of your home. These sessions are crafted to connect, educate, and guide you on how to best prepare and plan for childbirth.
24/7 On-Call Availability: From weeks 37 to 42, I'm on call around the clock, ensuring that I am available whenever you may need support leading up to your birth.
In-Person Birth Support: Benefit from in-person support during active labor, delivery, and into your immediate postpartum period. I'll be there every step of the way, providing the care and assistance you need for a positive birthing experience.
Backup Doula: In the rare event that I am unavailable, rest assured that a carefully selected backup doula, sharing similar birth philosophies, will seamlessly step in to provide continuous support.

During these in-person consultations, we focus on preparing and educating both mothers and partners on various aspects of childbirth. From coping techniques to overall readiness for the big day, our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and confidence needed for a positive birthing experience.

In addition to the in-person sessions, our commitment extends to providing 24/7 text and phone support. From the moment you engage our services until the delivery date, we're here to answer questions, share helpful tips, offer emotional support, and more. Your journey is unique, and our personalized in-person consultations ensure you have a dedicated ally every step of the way.

Initial Consultation: Let's meet and determine if our services align with your postpartum needs.
24/7 Phone Support: From the date of hire through the entirety of the postpartum period, I am available around the clock to provide immediate support and answer any questions you may have.
In-Home Support: Enjoy the comfort of in-home support tailored to your preferences. This includes preparing nurturing herbal teas and nourishing foods, emotional support, infant care, babywearing guidance, breastfeeding/bottle feeding assistance, sibling support, and in-home meal preparation and light housework.
Behind-the-Scenes Support: Let me handle the details with behind-the-scenes support such as meal preparation, running errands, and grocery shopping, ensuring you can focus on the essential moments with your newborn.
